What I am curious about is weither TM is going play a major role in wm enchanting ,or not. This is after all a skill that equates out to how well we focus a spell matrix on an external subject (ie. critter,object,etc). I would think that scholarship would probably be more in how powerful the enchantment would be that we could use on said object. So I would see tm effecting how well the enchantment is placed(how well it takes charges,etc)and our success rate. If anyone else wants to further expand on this line of thought be my guest. This was just something I thought should be mentioned.

Though I'm not the foremost authority on the subject, I don't think it would particularly. TM is something completely different than enchanting, and the two don't relate very well.
