Just a couple of small fixes.

Paeldryth's Wrath will now display its damage messaging to others in the room besides the caster and the victim.

Also, I fixed a small typo in the Fissure spell.

Both fixes should be in Prime at the moment for observation. If you see anything funky (about the fixes), let me know.
