Okay folks, Barrage is now off of Premium Preview and is available to all who qualify in Plat, Prime and The Fallen.

Now as for the what it takes to use it, that has changed significantly as far as mana needed. Now if you grossly overskill your target, it is quite likely you'll still kill it before it gives you the bonus but I've tried my absolute best to cut back on that. However I've tweaked the numbers to work best for spells on the "New TM Model". At present that would be stone strike, fist of stone and frost scythe with others hopefully coming soon. All of the other spells will of course still work with it but they haven't yet been converted to the new design and so the mana/power ratios might not be set as they will. For instance Wythor pointed out that the min prep of Aether Lash will be dropping and that'll help out there. Now Lightning bolt on the other hand is the only third tier spell and I'm going to have to wait until that one is on the new system before I can do any tweaking on its power levels for barrage. For the moment it will most likely kill your target before giving the bonus due to its higher tier and power.

Try it out and let me know what you think. We are still reviewing the numbers but please also keep in mind some of the spells will also be changing.
