Hopefully someone from plat is able to chime in.

AFAIK this was a plat-only deal though we'll see the spell at some point in the future.

Can't get into specifics but I believe they want us to play with it with a small population before it moves to the next. Breaks in larger populations can be horrifying and server crashing.

I think most will like it though. :D

Generally Plat stuff is under embargo until told otherwise.

Uzmam! The Chairman will NOT be pleased to know you're trying to build outside of approved zones. I'd hate for you to be charged the taxes needed to have this place re-zoned. Head for the manor if you're feeling creative.

The Gebuys event will eventually happen in Prime as well, but due to the holidays it won't happen until early January.
