Might it be possible to add an option to the summon command that allows us to check our current charge level without having to use admittance (which makes us both sit down and waste roundtime, both bad things to do in combat) to determine how high our current level is? Since we're adding more things that require having a charge- paths, domains, familiars and now summoned weapons... It would be nice to be able to get a quick read on this like we do for mana. I know one can keep the charge going by casting spells of your aligned type, but there's still no good way to gauge how high your current charge is without using admittance.

This actually reminds me... is it possible to have the requirements for PATHWAY SENSE lowered to circle 1 now that warrior mages have an ability that uses charge right from joining? I noticed when rolling up a brand new warrior mage to test the weapons on a premium account that I had no way to check my charge levels or alignment without spending 20 seconds sitting down.

Not that I disagree, but I'm pretty sure thats what Javak was alluding to when he posted about the summon weapon thing giving a tool to new mages.

I assumed he meant the new tool was just the charge-using elemental weapon itself.

I'm not having any problems using PATHWAY SENSE at circle 1. Can you double check and let me know the character name if you're still having problems?

I think it didn't unlock until you passed the pathway quest at 4th circle since didn't have any pathways yet.

This. You have to unlock pathways at circle 4 before you can use the PATHWAY verb to do anything more than this:
