Elemental Weapons really need to have some sort of message for when an ingot raises the tier. The current method just makes it confusing as heck as to what's going on and I think that even a very simple message would help immensely with making it less opaque.

Use icesteel as your ingot and that'll clear right up. Buh duh ching.
But, yes this would be nice. Moonblades have this type of messaging both for weapon techs known as well as moon strength tier bumps.
