I was thinking I'd like a missile-range non-lethal nerve-damage spell. Another electricity spell would be fine, but I was thinking...
Does nerve scarring do anything? An ice spell seems like a good candidate for something causing numbness. Actually, who cares if nerve scars do anything - it'd look cool if Frostbite scarred nerves in replacement of its old skin damage.

nerve scars do damage like nerve wounds, in other words it does affect your casting. Its just not as great, IIRC.
