New spell idea:

Skill contort.
The spell would be obtainable to warmies that played to long to quit, but does what reroll should.

Cast skill contort (guild).
Example: Calculates the earned skill to primary, secondary, tert requirements of the casted skill and applies them to that guilds standards.. Yes.. All exp.

As its last effect, you become that guild and forever and rid ourselves our inabilities to do anything PVPish as fast or as good as any other guild in an explosion of satisifaction the GM's will get when our guild disapears.

If you want to play another guild, reroll or add a character slot, because they will never allow you to switch guilds otherwise. There are still plenty of us that are thrilled by what's coming for Warrior Mages and want to continue in this guild.

Heh, I think your interpretation of what "Everyone" represents in this case is slightly(read: incredibly) inaccurate.
