I was going over our 3.0 spell list again, and this is the description for Paeldryth's Wrath:

>>Paeldryth's Wrath: An advanced Air Targeted spell. Does no damage, but blasts an opponent from Ranged to Melee or Melee to Ranged, at the caster's discretion. More accurate than most TM spells due to its non-damaging nature.

It sounds pretty useful, but I thought why do we get a spell that lets our opponents fly around? I want to fly around!

What I'd like to see is a self-cast version that has the same effect, even if it's really just a messaging change:

>>WarmageBob leaps into the air just as a strong gust of wind picks up that sends him soaring directly towards you! The wind dies down just as WarmageBob starts to get dangerously close, and he roughly lands on his feet directly in front of you.

>>Moving like a striking snake, WarmageBob swings his sword of fiery doom at you landing an apocalyptic strike (so that's what it felt like when Grazhir shattered!)

Throw in being able to move from room to room in the same way when unengaged, and I'd spend a slot on a metaspell or scroll for the self-cast version. Why walk when you can catapult yourself from place to place?
