What would it take?
Discipline seems like such a natural thing for WMs to buff.
And Tactics...well we're lore secondary and we're supposed to be exploring that somehow?
Could Discipline be rolled into MOF and the brawling damage bonus consolidated in Ignite (seems appropriate) to keep the slot cost the same? That would make MOF roughly equivalent to AEG in terms of buffiness (2 stats and a skill boost) just with an offensive orientation.

Yeah i've found it odd we are the only magic prime guild without a mental buff of some sort especially since we have wisdom/intel in our sphere of influence. It would be nice if one or the other was rolled into subtratum, I would prefer wisdom.
I also agree MOF needs some love as well. It just doesn't contend well against AEG especially the hindrance it gives to both stealth and attempting to hide spell preparations.
