I saw a suggestion for elemental weapon customization from fests/quests/auctions. It was suggested that they go here, so a few ideas:

New summonns such as:
1> Through sheer force of will, you greatly expand a nearby ethereal fissure and rip an earthen elemental from within. As you point at the elemental, it twists and contorts with a howl until it forms the shape of a stone scimitar, which you quickly pick up.
2> Through sheer force of will, you greatly expand a nearby ethereal fissure and rip an earthen elemental from the depths within. The elementals anger quickly subdues, and it bows slowly before handing you a stone scimitar. You nod in acceptance, and it hastily retreats through the closing fissure.

Atmo messaging such as:
1> The blade of the scimitar briefly takes the shape of an arm before you force it back into the proper form.
2> The stones of the scimitar break apart, swirling briefly in the air before reforming into a blade.

Custom gore/death messaging:
1> A small spark breaks free from your fiery blade before embedding itself deep within the goblin. A heartbeat later, the spark implodes into a fiery supernova that completely consumes the goblin's head.

Custom looks:
1> Stone scimitar becomes a scimitar made of harden diamonds.
2> A fiery scimitar becomes a blackfire scimitar.
