let it be known that on this the 5th month of Uthmor the Giant in the year of the Golden Panther felix the familar has become the first dark familar to locate from the island of ratha to shard of its own power not using a moon gate. This is truely a grand day for all of familiar kind.

A thundercloud mutters ancient epithets to the sky to the northeast, its wrath focused on the tower that sits just beneath it. To the southwest the street winds down toward the West Gate.

[Ratha, Greater Cobra Road]
This pleasant square marks the center of social life for the down and out of Ratha. Despite the noise and confusion and occasional screams from the great intersection to the south, a certain calmness pervades this spot. A tiny park forms a rare green space in this cramped city of stone. You also see a dark green silk tent trimmed with black braid and a tall board.
