Congratulations to Archales, who will be representing his town in the tournament at Festival of the Fallen!

As each town is being asked to provide four entrants, three slots will now be open to non-citizens. A raffle for these slots has been placed outside the bank. Tickets are 15,000 silvers and the raffles draw Wednesday night. Winners do not have to be present, just logged in.
