Adventure Guild in Cysaegir?

For now, don't expect too much in the way of services like this being added to Cysaegir. While guilds and homes and such would be a nice addition, the town is a small population outpost. As I mentioned just a minute ago over in the TV folder, we will open Cysaegir up to adding new things if a GM wants to take on a pet project and runs it by the EN guru and me. However, Cysaegir doesn't warrant a full-blown guruship really. I'm not averse to adding to it if needed, but mostly what I'm hoping to see in Cysaegir is increased roleplaying opportunities by those GMs who so desire -- and if, in the future, we see a need to add even more guilds and such to the town, we can re-evaluate.
