I'm going to try something in the very near future. If it gets a good turnout/response, I'll do more of it! Makes sense, right? Right.
Be on the lookout for a raffle in the Citizens' Lounge (in the Hog's Pen) in the next couple days (I'll post when it's set up, just need to zero in on a time). I'm looking at a ticket cost of 150k, or thereabout.
The prize will be 30 minutes one-on-one with a merchant. There will be no additional cost after that of the raffle ticket.
Available services will be:
General alters
Lighten/deepen
Feature alterations
Tattoos
Enchant unlocking (obviously wizards only)
This is basic stuff that any general merchant can do, but you'll essentially be the only one in line if you win. How much/many you can get is based on what fits into that 30 minutes, so being prepared in advance is highly recommended. Review ALTER in game for rules, have a list of things you'd like in case something doesn't fly, things like that.
I hope this sparks some interest for you guys, and I'll post the date of the raffle and drawing in the next few days!

This is one of my favorite things to win! Especially when I have a new character that I'm trying to get better outfitted for the world!
Will this win be redeemed on the spot or will the winner be able to schedule a day / time up to a week out so that they can better prepare once they know they are the winner?

This time, we'll redeem the same night, immediately following the drawing. My schedule is a little bit unpredictable right now, so I'm going to set the raffle almost 2 weeks out to buy tickets and come up with ideas in order to give you all time to prepare.
The raffle will draw on Thursday 9/28 at around 9pm ET. Expect the table to show up in the Hog's Pen, Citizens Lounge today.
I fully plan to offer this again if this is as well-received as it appears to be so far.

In a stark contrast with the dirt and filth above, this plush lounge is filled with luxurious amenities. Diagonal black and alizarin stripes line the walls, while an iridescent triton hide rug covers the floor in front of a a glossy obsidian fireplace. Adorned with golden golvern studs, a leather-edged hammered glaes bar stretches from one side of the room to the other, displaying a massive aged oak cask, while a supple black leather couch rests in the corner, ready to provide rest to the weary traveler. I got Bremerial to buy a ticket for this raffle, but in the midst of sorting out alterations in preparation for a possible win I suddenly thought:
"What are you doing???"
Its 2am my time and I don't thrive well on a lack of sleep. So I won't be there on this occasion. I got carried away by what is a FANTASTIC raffle but its just not at a realistic time for me to attend. (As someone who always rings the bell for more and more events on Teras, I thought it would be rude not to explain why I couldn't make it.)
Thank you so much for setting this up Liia and hope there are many many MANY more in the future... Sorry I can't make this one but i'm no spring chicken and at my age, I need all the sleep I can get! :D

I appreciate your post, Brem! I try to mix up my times for events, but my schedule changes weekly, and this was a time I could actually guarantee in advance.
