After asking around, I understand there are zero tables in Kharam Dzu.
What in the world?! This leaves no quiet place to loresing for people!
Is this a conscious thing to keep people away or something? I'm sort of puzzled. I remember when the first table was introduced in GS3 ... people loved it, and clearly with as many as there are now in every other city, they're still very popular for private conversations.

Teras is in some ways still a throwback. There was a time when it was viewed as a more-or-less safe haven for the "old guard" generation of players, away from the rising swarm of newer players who flat out refused (in many cases, though not all) to respect the developed traditions of the game. Tables were neither needed nor desired.
There are all sorts of nooks and crannies on The Rock where one can find some privacy if needed. They just take some looking-for. There are also the House Annexes.

There are lots of quiet places, but no, there are none of the usual tables you'll see in other towns. I can't promise what any GMs of the future (GotF?) might do, but I won't be putting any in.
