At some point since this morning, 1117 link overload has stopped funcitoning. I have submitted a BUG in game and also posted in #mechanics on Discord. If this could get looked at that would be great.

Ahh old faithful. This has been broken again since Monday the 20th. Hoping I get the link overload perk of my Telepathy lore back soon, since this apparent Ghost in the Machine has awoken back into the game for unknown reasons.
