My knowledge of game mechanics is really rusty, and I was wondering:
If you are a capped 2x ambush rogue, ambushing from hiding, is there a ceiling on added phantom crit, to the point that crit wieghting is pointless? Or will crit weighting still add to your phantom crit?
Typically at that level and skill, you should be pushing their DS down so much that you should be maxing out at rank 9 crits anyways.. My understanding is anything beyond rank 9 is still effectively rank 9 so even if you had an end roll of 1000, you're still subject to crit randomization between rank 5 - 9.
