Spituio woke up from his drunken slumber to a scene of chaos. A large pool of saliva was on the table he sat at, the only one apparently left alone. "Must have been a slow night, heh!", he mutters to himself as he gets up. Partially dressed women and unconscious men litter the floor of the common room as he moves toward fresh air. As he walks past the front of the Inn, the innkeeper stares at him with unsuppressed rage while a woman waves a multi-page stack of papers towards his face. Seeing the woman was still fully dressed, she was promptly ignored as he steps outside into the mid-afternoon sun.

"What the 'ell is a "tab", anyways!", he yells towards the door of the Inn. "Ugh, if I don't make some money, I'm not going to be welcome here...And I don't have another place to sleep that I already haven't angered.", he thinks to himself as a few people walk down the street. "There's a Festival in Wehnimer's, and I'm planning on seeing Ebyria!", one says to the other before walking out of hearing range. "A festival, eh?", Spituio thinks to himself as he ponders his predicament. "If I space my drinking, I might be able to make enough working for those suc...CUSTOMERS to shut that old lady up!", he chuckles to himself.

"If I stay sober..I can actually do some real work and make enough to drink and wimmin-chase for an entire week!", runs through his mind as if inspiration has struck. "I'll pad a piece of armor or weight a weapon or two!", he nods to himself before considering how to get to Wehnimer's. As the Innkeeper's cudgel strikes the back of his dwarven skull, the lump just like the idea began to grow on his mind.

OOC NOTE:

Spituio will be holding 3 raffles on Thursday 2/3/11 for weighting or padding to equipment.

The raffles will draw at 10pm, 11pm and 12am EST for 1 winner each. The tables will be in the Souvenir Booth ( thank you to GM Vanah for helping me not further cluster the festival grounds ) as will Spituio be to do his work.

Restrictions are as follows.

1. Spituio will not modify a weapon/armor above the 8th enchantment ( +40 ). Don't ask.

2. Padding/weighting will be the equivalent of HEAVY. Crit of damage, doesn't matter.

3. Spituio does not care if your weapon/armor is masterfully padded to the infinity. He will not stack this padding.

4. If you hand Spituio a lesserly weighted item than HEAVY, he will bring it to HEAVY, and not one point higher.

5. You, the lucky raffle ticket holding person, will be charged to increase your item's potentcy. Do not hand me vorpal blade of doom, and expect a 20 silver fee.

6. Spituio is not a patient man. If you are not capable of paying the fee to improve your item, the spot will be forfeited. Don't ask him for 5 minutes to get money or your item, or he will boot you to Kharam-Dzu. Come prepared at all costs.

Imbetween the first two raffles, Spiutio will work for those gathered. He will do lightening/deepening/LEGAL alters. If you don't know if your alteration is legal, refer to the alter policy available to you.

1. If you, the lucky person spun, is AFK, expect public humiliation, scrutiny, booting, or earwax mustaches accordingly & LOSE YOUR SPOT. This is a roleplaying game, not Nam. We have rules. :)

2. Spituio is not a charity case. Do not expect work for free. 25,000 silvers is the fee for ANY of his services. Don't barter or risk the sanctity of your backside. Spituio thanks you for your understanding.
