Beginning on March 1, 2011, the House Controller will begin accepting applications for one (1) new official House to join the Cooperative Houses of Elanthia. Applications will be accepted from Meeting Hall Organizations (MHOs) who have reached "Distinguished" (tier 3) status at the time of application submission and are currently in good standing.
