I have built an aggregated calendar for us to use. This calendar contains ALL CHE, MHO, Prime, and Premium events.

We already have that, you say? This one is better because I can take YOUR group's calendar, add it to mine, and ALL of your events (beyond what you're allowed to post on the official calendar) will appear on here.

If you would like your CHE or MHO group calendar added, please email me the link to your calendar to Debia@ObsidianTower.com and I will subscribe and add it in. If you want to keep some events internal and not visible to the public, then you can make those events "private" and only those who have access to that event will be able to see it (and they must be logged in to google to do so) - you can add your internal email list as guests and we can't see your events.

This may take some tweaking as we go, but at least we can try to avoid planning on top of each other. I've already gone ahead and set up the tentative event schedule for the Obsidian Tower for 2017 on there.
