Nominations for Willow Guardian. Sadly, Ranpalandil has decided to step down as Willow Guardian. We are currently accepting nominations for the Guardian position. The nominations will be open for one week and a vote will be set up at the next meeting. Please see a current Willow Hall officer with your nominations.

Vote for Arbitrator! The vote is now open for arbitrator. To vote please go to the Hall or a local annex and type VOTE HOUSE for the options.

Our regular meetings are held the Day of the Huntress (Friday) at 9:15 PM Elven at Willow Hall outside the Landing. We'll be in our Annex in Ta'Illistim the the last of every month.

Meeting minutes for Day of the Huntress, day 7 of the month Jastatos iin the year 5111.

Landrat darkly says, "I officially call de Willow Hall meeting to order." "Okies folks we has several items dat must be covered tonight so let's start wit reports." "Rasti, how be de finances."

Rasti says, "I will of course provide a full report next month but after ladst week's meeting we had a couple of fine donations." "Mamu donated 500k, Kiz a million and Ohnus another million."

Landrat darkly says, "Okies Love how goes de memberships grownin."

Aisalt softly says, "Right now I am working with Selvan and Vitesse on creating a strong panel of judges of which all three of us will be active." "I think we Will have a good working relationship."

Aisalt softly says, "Both Nocke and Hilden are now up to be interviewed. I most likely will be taking care of that during this upcoming week."

Landrat darkly asks, "Anta, anyfin to reports?"

Anta says, "We've got 160 current members of the hall."

Aisalt softly says, "Active and non-active I'd presume."

Rasti says, "Ohh... seems like we just added our one hundred memeber not too long ago."

Landrat darkly asks, "Okies Kizalia, how goes events?"

Kizalia says, "Uhm, no word yet from Alyias on the finalization of our plans for the Harvest Festival." "He did say that our leaf game would not be ready." "Ran submitted that on his quarterly report."

Aisalt softly asks, "Next year then?"

Kizalia says, "Most likely."

Kizalia says, "I am thinking.." "Of offering a skinning service on behalf of Willow Hall for donations to the hall." "Can be for bounties, cobbling or sheath making."

Anta says, "I am willing to offer foraging services along with Kizalia."

Rasti says, "We can sell them in the player shops as one venue."

Speaking huskily to Rasti, Mamu says, "That is a nice idea."

Kizalia says, "I was thinking just as I'm available around the Landing, telling people on the net that they could come down to our hall. Nothing formal or a set time."

Kizalia says, "Anyone that would like to assist would be greatly appreciated."

Aisalt softly asks, "Everything good for the festival?"

Kizalia says, "As far as I know. Alyias is going to let us know for certain on the availability of some of the prize closet requests."

Kizalia says, "The 11-13th of next month." "We're starting with Ran's archery contest in lieu of our regular meeting that night."Kizalia says, "A reminder to all to dust off your dancing shoes for the masquerade as well." "Formal attire."

Aisalt softly asks, "Masks required?"

Kizalia exclaims, "Encouraged!" "We'll be having a contests or two involving the masks."

Anta says, "We received no new nominations for either Archive Keeper or Aribtrator." "We can set up those votes as soon as you like."

Landrat darkly says, "Jes in case any of ye nay Knows Ranpalandil has resigned from de Willow Guardian position." "'aye he will be staying wit de Hall, but is steppin down from de office." "In his resignation he mentionec speakin wit me about takin de position. So I shall speak now on dat."

"My life be a bit hectic as is all , but I do not feel in any way day I could fill de responsibilities fer dat position or dis one actually."

"I agreed to assist and take on some tings likes de Parliament fer Ran and de Hall. As a friend brought to my attention, I have been failing at dese tasks."

"I will stay on in my present position until we find a new Willow Guardian and den ask dat ye fills my position also. "I loves ye all and Willow hall, I as do all of ye wants de best for de Hall, and my time has become a comodity I has nay enuff control of." "Der be requirements here dat unfortunately I see I cannae fulfill, so I do my best and hold de fort until we has a new Willow Guardian." "Please all nay takes dis as a bad ting, it jes be one of dem tings we all gotta lives wit."

"So as I believes in de importance of de Hall, I reccomends we hold de elections of dese other two offices until we fills de Willow Guardian position."

Rasti says, "I say fill these positions as they should be filled by those who have expressed a desire to hold that office." "You Landrat hold the title as Chairman until we get through it and then open the election for Guardian as we should."

Landrat darkly says, "'Rasti dat makes good sense, den, wit only one nominee, der nay needs be vote."

Anta says, "Technically they could run against abstain."

Landrat darkly says, "Please anta one position at a time and we kin use a voice vote, unless ye all feel we should has de vote wit abstain."

Rasti says, "I move that we vote on the open offices using the quorum present with a verbal vote."

Anta says, "Whatever the majority goes with I will go with."

Landrat darkly asks, "And dissention to dis motion?"

"Wif no disenting voice, den Anta, gives us de nominee and position one at a time and we voice votes."

Anta says, "I can announce who is running for which office and announce that we are holding a voice vote next week for both positions." "Ohnus is currently running for Archive Keeper and Nattor is running for Arbitrator."

Landrat darkly says, "Wit dat decided den it next be neccessary to open nominationsd for de Willow Guardian. I would tink we keeps dem open until de followin week."

Anta says, "We can open nominations now." "And take them for a week." "Then set up a vote next week."

Landrat darkly says, "Anta please also add to de minutes dat we will accept nominations fer de Willow Guardian position fer 2 weeks."

Anta asks, "Nominations for two weeks?"

Landrat darkly says, "Yo make sure all has time to think on it and allows us to finish up de two other positions."

Anta says, "The other two positions are being voted on next week by voice." "The longer you drag out nominations, the longer you are in charge."

Aisalt softly says, "I hereby formally do nominate our own Rasti for the position of Willow Guardian."

Rasti says, "I've explained before I really cannot do this."

Landrat darkly says, "Ya makes a verra good point Anta, we open nomination fer one week den."

Kizalia says, "I would nominate Anta for Guardian."

Aisalt softly says, "I will third that nomination and fourth.."

Aisalt softly asks, "If I second, can I voice another nomination?" "Just one more. Ohnus!"

Speaking to Ohnus, Anta says, "Do you accept the nomination and withdraw from Archive Keeper."

Ohnus says, "And i will accept it the same as any other."

Landrat darkly says, "Den fer de record we has 2 nominees , Ohnus, and Anta."

Landrat darkly says, "Wit dese developments, I must ask Rasti, to please step up and lead de Parliament in completing de tasks set before dem."

Rasti says, "Then yes I'll run Parliament for a while then."

Anta says, "The vote is now open for arbitrator."

Landrat darkly says, "As my last report on Parliament, den I will say dat I believes we has two of our issues addressed adequately. De new position arbitrator instead of Master at arms, and de oaths will be changes and updated."
Landrat darkly says, "After next week as what we hove on our plate slows den we kin once more open nominations fer de archive keeper and any other position dat becomes open."

Landrat then adjourned the meeting.
