Our regular meetings are held the Day of the Huntress (Friday) at 9:15 PM Elven at Willow Hall outside the Landing. We'll be in our Annex in Ta'Illistim the the last of every month.

Meeting minutes for Day of the Huntress, day 14 of the month Jastatos in the year 5111.

Members in attendance: Anta, Mamu, Ohnus, Selvan, Kizalia, Ranpalandil, Aisalt, Cheas, Rasti, Landrat, Nattor

Landrat called the meeting to order.

Landrat darkly asks, "So Anta any think new ta reposts?"

Anta says, "Just the results of the vote for arbitrator." "Nattor won over Abstain." The results were 9-0. Ranpalandil invested Nattor as an officer of Willow Hall.

Landrat darkly asks, "Okies Rasti, what be yer report ya promised us last week?"

Rasti says, "I think I will delegate my Co Treasurer to make reports at all but the first and end of month meetings."

Cheas says, "Soh, As of last meetin we had 355,356,247 Silver in ze coffer after 2,500,000 silver was deposited by Rasti into ze house apparently from Mamu who donated 500,000 and kiz who donated 1,000,000 and ohnus who donated 1,000,000 silver."

"Addtional changes to ze coffers since de last meetin I deposited 1,100,000 Silvers into the coffers and Purchased 5 prize items at total cost o' 50,000 Silver. Extras are goin' into officer cabnet."

"Our Influsance was increased by 2 points for our monthly incrase bringint total to 96 Influance points." "Our coffers as of Today is Day of the Huntress, day 14 of the month Jastatos in the year 5111 ish at 356,406,247 Silvers!" "Dun forget ta donate ta ze hall! Give generously!"

Landrat darkly asks, "Okies last week we opened de nominations fer Willow Guardian, and we had 2 names submitted, do we have any others that were submitted to any of ye occifers?"

Anta says, "We had three names submitted."

Landrat darkly says, "Three? I heard and saw only 2 and a question about a possible third, if ye has another please let us know."
Anta says, "Myself and Ohnus were nominated and accepted, Cheas nominated Alexys."

Cheas says, "Alexys was apparently refused by most officeres."

Anta asks, "Evidence of refusal?"

Aisalt softly says, "All I stated was I had qualms about it."

Ranpalandil says, "Maybe not gladly accepted, but not refused."

Landrat darkly asks, "Aye, be it an official nomination fer Alexys?" "Under de by laws der must be a nomination and second, and dat be why I nay considered it yet."

Kizalia says, "I didn't refuse it, I just don't know her in order to comment. She's not been to any meetings or events that I have previously."

Nattor asks, "I've never once seen that person show up to a meeting, we're taking abseentee officers?"

Speaking to Nattor, Cheas says, "She was a founding member of the house along with Rasti."

Aisalt softly says, "That was my main concern. Someone returning to the hall after a long hiatus and jumping right into the Guardian chair." "I think we all need someone that knows the members now and has been active in the hall." "We need someone who knows who she/he is working with."

Speaking to Landrat, Cheas says, "I agreeing with Aisalt so i withdraw my nomination for Alexys."

Landrat darkly says, "Fellow members dis nomination wit no second has been withdrawn."

"Any new nominations ?"

"Okies we said last week and it was posted in the minutes that we open dese nominations fer one week."

"Wif no further nominations, den we needs close de nominations and open de vote."

"Moved and seconded, so nominations be closed and de vote will begin forthwiit."

Ranpalandil says, "Anta and Ohnus, I think you would both do a good job and I wish you both luck."

Ranpalandil then opened the vote for Willow Guardian.

Kizalia says, "'The library records are current. And there's been no word as yet from Alyias on our plans for the Harvest Festival or prize closet items."

"I'm not the official Seneschal, but the only events that I have helped plan is the Harvest Festival which comes up the middle of next month. I'm working on putting together a Willow Hall siegery tournament for the following month but the plans have not been laid down yet for the officer's review."

Ranpalandil says, "Bounty help tomorrow."


Landrat darkly says, "Aye, we has a bounty help tomorrow night at 10 elven if I be right. Any dat can come will be appreciated."

Ranpalandil says, "Oh, and unless someone else wants to run it we will drop magic mixer."

Landrat darkly says, "I agree Ran, der has been little support fer dis from our partners."

Aisalt softly asks, "We could incorporate it into the bounty event?"

Landrat darkly says, "Much of what was offered is already offered at de bounty events.""Any disagreement wit dropping de magic mixer from de schedule?"

Selvan says, "I think incorporating it is a great idea. So far I have only offered spells for the bounties."

Landrat darkly says, "I takes de no answers as agreement and we drops de magic mixers den."

Landrat darkly asks, "Okies and our last bit of business is de parliament. Ohnus if ye would?"

Ohnus says, "Items 1,2,4 and 5 from the list of taks given us have been thru voting and to be submitted for approval." "I believe the officers were sent details." "3 has been decided." "3 is still left to discussion as well as defining the seneschal and librarian positions."

Kizalia says, "Thank you to all who have worked so very hard in the Parliament on the issues that were set out. It was no easy task."

Landrat darkly says, "I believes dat day who has works hard deserves all of our appreciateion we gave dem no simple task. Ye are verra right Kizalia." "Ye has my personal tanks fer de time and effort, I submit to de officers dis list to be voice vote approved or nay and added to de by laws of de Hall."

Anta says, "I've reviewed all of the items and I approve all of them."

Kizalia says, "I agree as well."

Aisalt softly says, "As do I 100%."

Cheas says, "Yesum i approve o ze parliament stuff dat was on ze scroll."

Landrat darkly says, "Den please let it be decreed dat dese be included."

Landrat then adjourned the meeting.
