Meeting minutes for Day of the Huntress, day 29 of the month Eoantos in the year 5111.

Members in Attendance: Anta, Mamu, Kizalia, Ohnus and Nattor. Radeek, Phever, and Kupaka on the amunet.

Anta says, "I wanted to announce that we need prize closet submissions by the end of next month. We get to submit up to ten at a time."

Anta says, "If you wish to design an imbedded item, not all spells are allowable. The general rule is if you can't buy it in a town shop, it's not going in the prize closet."

Anta says, "So please have an alternate ready."

Anta says, "Weapons and armor may have a strength up to vultite."

Anta says, "And some items may be enhancive, but only slightly so."

Anta says, "I suggest you take a look at the last meeting minutes for directions to our designer's corner that Kizalia has created for us."

Anta says, "A reminder, Bounty help is this Feastday at 10 in the evening, elven time."

Anta says, "Our solstice party is the 13th of next month, our siegery tournament is the 10th."

Anta says, "Looks like our treasurer is missing."

Anta says, "Our House coffers stand at 349437748 silvers." "So clearly we're not spending enough."

Anta says, "I'm going to close the vote for meeting times in just a moment if anyone hasn't voted yet."

Anta asks, "Does anyone here have anything to report?"

Anta says, "The vote is closed."

Anta says, "We had two votes for 7:30, four votes for 8:30, one vote for remain the same, two votes for Abstain."

Anta says, "Looks like our meetings are going to be a little bit earlier."

Anta says, "So then to remind you all, our meetings are now every Tilamaires, at 8:30 in the evening."

Ohnus asks, "We still doing the end of the month thing?" "Meetings in illistim."

Anta says, "Yes, our last meeting, (with exception to this one) will be held at our Sylvarraend annex."

Anta says, "There were kobolds invading the landing earlier. I helped defend the town from their dreaded pink blankets."

Kupaka: [Willow Hall] "The defenses in the landing are seeking volunteers." "The wards will be lifted and when they are we need any and all who are able to fight with us."

Kupaka: [Willow Hall] "How about i prepare a report and give it to ya to sum it up."

Anta says, "I hereby adjourn this meeting."
