ANNOUNCEMENTS: A reminder that if anyone has any ideas for submissions to our prize closet, they are due by the end of the month. Email your design to an officer. See your previous minutes (dated 11/29/11) for guidelines. If we get more than 10 total submissions, the officers will vote for what's to be included. Winning designers will receive one each of their items that that are chosen.


Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 27 of the month Eorgaen in the year 5111.

Members in Attendance: Ohnus, Anta, Nattor, Kizalia, Aisalt, Ranpalandil.


Anta says, "Welcome guys, hope you all have enjoyed the feast of the immortals and had a pleasant solstice."

Anta asks, "Did everyone make a visit to our solstice tent in the landing?"

Anta says, "All sorts of treats."

Anta says, "Plus these nifty scarves."

Anta says, "They will be up for another week or so."

Anta says, "And of course our snowglobe."

Anta asks, "We are closing in on the end of the year and we are submitting a new round of prize closet prizes. Did anyone else have any ideas?"

Anta says, "We have nine as of right now, wouldn't be too hard to throw in another."

Ideas submitted so far:

an ebon-flecked milky white crystal (charged strength)
a gold-swirled brilliant blue crystal (charged spirit strike)
a squat amber bubbled glass jar (alchemy/gem jar - min 30 items)
a wiry white willow rod (blank rods)
a faenor-banded black willow arrow (bundles of 100)
a small silver willow tree statue (charged 1712 statue)
an ebonwood willow-embossed box (scroll imprinting box)
a blackened silver scriber (arrow scriber)

Anta says, "Reminder about the festival we're participating in next month, it will be in conjunction with the dreadnaughts here in Sylvarraend."

Anta says, "We're hosting games over the course of two days."

Anta says, "We have bounty help the week before and the week after that so it will be a pretty full month."

Anta says, "Alright my other question was about the hall shop."

Anta asks, "Now I haven't dealt at all with it, but is it actually the hall's or is it your shop?"

Ranpalandil says, "Well, it was given to me for the Hall."

Ranpalandil says, "Since it has to be a person that runs it."

Anta says, "Right, I wasn't sure if you owned it and were allowing the hall to use it or if it was the hall's and you were running it."

Ranpalandil says, "Yeah, depends on how you are looking at it, but I've gving all proceeds to the Hall."

Ranpalandil says, "I've been keeping it pretty full of arrows and blank rods."

Anta says, "Well I'd love to transfer the holding to someone who could expand the shop to three rooms, but if it's yours then it wouldn't be very right to request that."

Ranpalandil says, "We can take care of it right after the meeting next week."

Anta says, "Alright our coffers."

Anta says, "Last activity consisted of me buying the prizes for our solstice party, and Kizalia buying prizes for the siegery tournament."

Anta says, "Then Kizalia deposited 900k (a donation to cover the prizes for the tournament) as well as another 500k - a generous donation from Mamu."

Anta says, "That brought our balance to 349222748 silvers."

Anta says, "So, Rasti will be glad to hear we are not poor."

Anta says, "Alyias awarded us an extra influence point thanks to Kizalia for winning third place in the solstice ornament design contest."

Anta says, "So we're back up to 46 points, and that is before any IP gain for our harvest festival."

Aisalt softly asks, "Any word about our Icemule annex yet?"

Anta says, "It was not started before the end of the year so I'm assuming we will have to resubmit it."

With no other matters to discuss, Anta then adjourned the meeting.
