Meeting minutes for Tilamaires, day 3 of the month Lormesta in the year 5112.

Members in Attendance: Ohnus, Anta, Nattor, Kizalia, Ranpalandil. Aisalt, Landrat, Kupaka on the amunet.

Anta: [Willow Hall] "I wanted to remind everyone that this weekend we have bounty help, and next weekend is our new year festival with the dreadnaughts in Sylvarraend."

Anta says, "So next month we've got the festival of Voaris and Laethe."

Anta says, "And Kizalia inspired me to host an archery tournament, to you know.. celebrate."

Anta says, "Soooo I'll figure out the details and get you guys the info on that soon enough."

Anta says, "We're submitting our next round of prize closet items, as well as our Icemule Trace Annex this week."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Thank you to Phever for rounding out our list of prizes."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Also we will be submitting our handbooks for production."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Ohnus has brought up the idea of having a guild help night."

Kupaka: [Willow Hall] "Good idea and i can helps."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Excellent! With you, Ohnus, and Nattor we have guild masters to all three guilds."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "We just have to come up with a good day for it. Maybe on the off weeks of bounty help?"

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Do we have any other guild masters?"

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Has anyone trapped our treasurer yet?"

Anta says, "Well latest account activity is Erelad deposited 500000 silvers, bringing the general fund to 349722748 silvers."

Anta says, "I had an idea for our house hunts."

Anta says, "Instead of one big hunt, we split up to small groups of two or three and invite the general public to come along. We'd have to make sure they know all loot is donated to the hall though."

Kupaka: [Willow Hall] "That may be a problem for some."

Anta says, "I just figured it would be less intimidating for folks to hunt with one or two willow hallers than with a whole group of them."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "It's still a house hunt. I'm just talking giving non-members the option of coming along."

Aisalt: [Willow Hall] "I believe you'd get more participation if there was a group share at the end."

Ranpalandil: [Willow Hall] "Although it is fun sometimes to hunt with a big group."

Kupaka: [Willow Hall] "Group share is best."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "I've hunted with a group of five archers before. Fun wasn't the first word that came to mind."

Ranpalandil: [Willow Hall] "Aye, yeah, I think sharing the loot would go over better."

Kupaka: [Willow Hall] "However magical and powerful items should be kept for house."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Well in that case I say nevermind then. As our house hunts are always donated to the hall."

Ranpalandil: [Willow Hall] "Aye, multiple archers does add a challenge."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "Thats fine, just a thought that while we do our house hunts, we could involve the public."

Aisalt: [Willow Hall] "Good way to boost interest in joinin the hall."

Anta: [Willow Hall] "We could give it a try."

Landrat: [Willow Hall] "Mebbe try kinda short notice first time and see iffin any interest in de group hunt idea."

Kupaka: [Willow Hall] "Getting involved with the public is how you gain interest."

Landrat: [Willow Hall] "Kin always lay out a plen iffin ye finds it be worth de time."

Ohnus says, "Should give a token with every bounty you help with."

Anta then adjourned the meeting.
