Willow Hall is currently accepting nominations for the Seneschal position until next week's meeting. The position officially entails:

Seneschal:

- Provides support to the Guardians and officers of Willow Hall.
- Acts as coordinator for all Willow Hall Functions and activities.
- Responsible for all issues of hospitality for the Hall during Open House, meetings, event and gatherings to include stocking the refreshment cart, erecting and dismantling the House Tent, and providing support to the officers and members during these events.
- Responsible for coordinating all Hall announcements through the event criers, news items and informing the Guardians of calendar item submissions.


Dreaer nominated Laerlyn for the position at tonight's meeting. Please send any and all nominations to one of your officers prior to the 24th of this month for consideration.
