I have a question about the R/P awards. I meant to ask this a couple months ago but got sidetracked, and a recent post I read by someone else in another folder reminded me of my question.

A while back, I logged in a character. He had not been around for a week or so, a few minutes later, maybe 10 at the most, he got a R/P award, although he had not really done anything in those 10 minutes. The last time he was about he did however have some pretty good interactions with others at some event and he had a late night had to log out immediately after. I assume it was for that, however what I am curious about is, for that sort of a post even award, does the awarding gm actually have to give it when they see you again or notice you? or is there some form of automated way used to give it next time a person logs in?

I specifically am asking this because there have been times when pretty much every one has gained an award over some community event, but it has pushed my time limit before resting as sometimes the award comes half hour later. (not complaining, I am sure it takes time to run down a list of say 20 people and deal with everything else involved.) I just have a few times sat around well past things happening when I really needed to be in bed or elsewhere because so an so an so an so are whispering bout nice r/p and everyone might get an award. I am fine if I get one or not, I don't expect one, but at the same time I don't want to loose one because I logged out 5 minutes after an event an everyone there got one.
