The Gnome Deroandal will be offering anchoring services to the citizens of Mist Harbor on July 7th. Ten citizens will be selected as well as an additional five non-citizens, whom can select one of five preset locations. He will spin promptly for those lucky enough to receive this service. The fee will be 25k.

A raffle for a custom anchoring location has been set out at Oleander Crossing, and will draw at the same time. Tickets will be available for 50,000 silvers.
