I've set up a raffle for the Muirgheal Manor property in Zul Logoth. It will pull Sunday around noon. The raffle table is outside the front door of the manor in Ametrine Tunnel.

The raffle is for "The winner will receive the keys to Muirgheal Manor! A one time fee of 1 million silvers will be required before the keys will be turned over, and monthly rent is 75,000 silvers. The winner MUST be a citizen of Zul Logoth at the time their name is drawn. Win is non-transferable. Winner does not need to be present at time of drawing, merely in the lands somewhere, and they will be contacted."

This was answered in the Zul Lugoth folder:
<Full citizenship is required for ownership of any property that is considered inside a town, which this one is.
This is a 5 room property (was previously smaller but got an addition), and does not have a summoning chamber or enchanting workshop. Forges, guild workshops, cobbling, etc will most likely never be included in properties. The systems aren't designed to function outside of certain areas, and updates to those systems just aren't feasible at this time.
