The ANALYZE verb has been changed to not message the room when it is used by default. If you still want to use the third-person messaging for roleplaying purposes, you can ANALYZE LOUD {object}.

One more thing: If you are using the LOUD option, the item must still be in your hands. If you are using the default option, it can also be worn for ANALYZE to work.
