The WHIMPER verb has been updated! You may now whimper at player, creature, and object targets. There are also eight styles you can use: forlorn, nervous, pain, piteous, playful, prayer, sarcastic, and stifle. The untargetted prayer option uses CONVERT status to determine who you are whimpering to.

Do Lorminstra converts get special whimper prayer when dead?
There's a typo in whimper stifle, at least in the wiki, I haven't actually tested whimpering at Wyrom in game.
"You turn away from Wyrom attempt to stifle a whimper."
should be something else possibly "and attempt", "attempting", "while attempting", or "in an attempt".
