Update on the *.Sal files situation. What happens is if you log into the game via the website it creates
a "new" <Your character name>.Sal file each time you log in via the website launcher. Each time. So what
happens is you'll find...
Deadelf.Sal
Deadelf.Sal(1)
Deadelf.Sal(2)
Deaddwarf.Sal
Deaddwarf.Sal(1)
etc etc. If you're using the SGE, you'll find "one" *.Sal file in the SGE folder. "SGE.sal
It doesn't add additional sal files or ones for each character you log in like it does in when you
log into the game via the website.
Anyhow, just wanted to share what I figured out. :) Happy new year everyone.

I think its how windows handles downloads rather than what simu does. (and its recently changed from me getting a popup offering to overwrite once there were 100 of them to adding a timestamp to the filename, so when your post reminded me it had been a long time since I cleaned them up there were over 800 when I just went to clean them out)
