Can't even run Ruby on 01/08/2019 04:39 PM CST

I've got Windows 10. I've downloaded the game launcher and Stormfront. I downloaded Ruby 2.2, but it doesn't run when I double click it and I never see the dialog box. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
