We seemed to get a lot of positive feedback about moving the meeting date to the second Tuesday of each month. We discussed it during the meeting and it did seem like it might work better for a number of people. So! Starting next month we're going to move the meetings to the Second Tuesday of each month and start them at 9pm.

Also, if we have any pending initiations, we're going to try doing them at the start of the meeting or before the meeting, if it seems like it's taking too long. Just testing the waters with all this but someone made a good point about getting more members participating in/observing initiations. Thanks all.
