So an early morning search in the library yielded the following:

Discovery! This is it, the very information you've been looking for. Hidden within this obscure text is a precise description of a full stamina potion and the means to create it. At last, your search is over.

The recipe is as follows:

Add water
Add powdered sylvarraend ruby
Add troll blood
Simmer
Add 4 doses of mashed golden buttercup
Chant Adrenal Surge
Add essence of vitality
Add essence of body
Boil
Refract sunlight through a ruby lens

Almost definitely a rank 62 potion, definitely empath-only. Only problem I have is that I don't have a sylvarraend ruby! Anyone have one so I can test? I have everything else.

Here is a crazy question: if you have a scroll with the spell on it, can you use that to make the potion? This goes for other potions, as well, just something I thought of.

You need to know the spell to be able to chant it. I believe even having enhancive spell knowledge won't give you the ability to make it.

Use the same vial you use to collect sea water for sea salt, kill a troll, and then use the following syntax: collect blood from troll with vial.

Did you get the sylvarraend ruby? If not, I'm sure I have one to spare if we can find each other in-game, but I will not be able to be in game all day Friday and a lot of Saturday.

Thanks to David's help with locating a sylvarraend ruby, I was able to create the potion today. (it was appropriately my last potion creation rep.)

It comes out as a blood red tonic. Bard sang to it, appears to be level 60 to use, and it doesn't how much stamina it restores....which makes me think it will restore to max stamina. Pretty neat.
