Replycan be poured on a bundle of arrows (as advertised) BUT no actual mechanical damage done in extensive testing;
one example:
You remove a single arrow from a bundle of arrows.

AS: +517 vs DS: +360 with AvD: +30 + d100 roll: +91 = +278
... and hit for 73 points of damage!

The giantman brigand claws at its eyes!
The remaining oil drips off of your arrow.
The arrow sticks in a giantman brigand's back!

No eye damage, no posted damage, each time the poison 'flares' you get the "remaining oil drips off arrow" message.

It appears as though the arrow is treated as a poison holding weapon (poisons but thinks its "empty")

Seems to be working from behind the scenes on PC's but it doesn't really show on critters I guess...PC messaging is buggy from victims POV.
