As I look down the folders of all the Arkati, I see lots of posts 3 to 6 months old that have basically no responses.
I am not sure if each Arkati has such thing as a guru, or expert or GM, but if there is such a thing could we possibly get a list of who on staff to direct questions to regarding the Arkati? Especially related to appropriate symbols, behavior, R/P or storyline related questions.
While it does not answer all your questions, I have found this to be a helpful page in the official docs.
