You might not have a default mail program/arrangement configured in your browser. To circumvent, you can use the email client/webmail of your choice and make the recipient <forum name>@play.net. (Ex: yours would be HION69 @play.net, minus that space) If they have their mail forwarding set up properly in their account settings, they'll get it.
