Would it be too cynical of me to say don't hold your breath on this one? Its been asked over and over and over again and blatantly ignored. =(
However! Kenstrom has recently opened a Landing cobbling shop just a few rooms EAST of the gemshop (a small rustic shop iirc)
AND... there's a lovely new cobbling shop in the Talador festival area that has some really interesting materials. So while you can't expect to ever see the cobbling patterns you CAN still make some very fun and interesting things!

On another cobbling note. At EG'13 various rare materials were spun off, some to anyone, some to just cobbling masters. I am curious if anyone got some lor and they might be willing to part with it.
Also, I find myself at an impasse. I very much want to be strutting around in some home-made shoes, designed by yours truly. But at the same time, my two other pairs of shoes are just so wonderously zesty, I cannot part with them. How do people cope? a shoe locker?
