Does F2P status have any impact on Duskruin Dig finds?

Guild voucher passes will drop, which are useless to F2P, since they cannot join profession guilds.

... Guild passes drop for me each time, too, and are useless :)

You don't have to be F2P for that!

Pretty sure you can sell them or someone who IS in a functioning guild, though.
