I used to play a lot a long time ago. Hell, I started on aol days 2000 people online...fun times. With that being said I decided to come check it out since it became free to play...I can't do it it. You lost me. Yes its fun to come check out for a second but there are just to many restrictions. I think you would do better at making it free to play all around and then charging for events. For 15 bucks a month I can have a membership to DC Universe and Planetside2 (current fav game). This is just my perspective though. I'm the type that would mess around and socialize (pick) and may be willing to spend cash on events but I can't justify 15 bucks for a mud that I haven't seen have more than 350 people online. Removing all restrictions then promoting gs4 to bring in new people should help sell more tickets for events. That's just my thoughts.

Also, after making a guy and getting to lvl 1 I am reminded by the fact I hate icemule.....
