I was born in Icemule, about a dozen times I was born there, before I gave up and accepted that it was my destiny to be born there. Didn't mean I had to stay in cold country, So... I moved to the Landings. After scrimping and saving (kobolds and nymphs don't pay well), I managed to pay to move my locker, and then, the fun began.
It was a slap in the face to PAY to move my locker from Icemule to the Landings and THEN find out that I had a total of ZERO slots of storage space available, unless of course I was willing to fork over some UNKNOWN amount of real-life money for something called a Simutoken; actually for well over 2000 of these never-before-heard-of Simutokens.
Had I at least been granted ONE storage slot (even), it wouldn't have been quite so harsh.
Sounds like the locker situation still needs to be looked into, and/or better documented.
But for what it's worth, even the monthly subscribers have to pay to have their lockers moved. (I'm not sure about Platinum, and I think Premium gets it cheaper [or maybe faster?] as a benefit, but there's still where you have to pay the movers to do the work.)

Yup, all characters have to pay the movers (in-game) to move lockers between towns.
F2P characters don't get a locker, unless they use SimuCoins to buy locker space (with SimuCoins running 1 coin = $0.01). Standard-subscribing characters get one locker, and can move it between towns as mentioned previously. Premium-subscribing characters get lockers in all towns, but still need to pay the in-game movers to switch lockers around... I would guess it's the same in the Plat instance (and plat subscribers have Premium benefits in the Prime instance).

It seems like an unnecessary exercise, but if you want to do it go ahead. F2P page lists all the restrictions. Standard is access to all of that. Premium page is fairly clear what the extras are, platinum is premium in a different lonely world. The SimuCoin page lists everything available piecemeal with the F2P items completely separate.

The complaint, as I see it, is that the game allowed someone to move a locker that holds nothing. The mover should have been smarter than that.
"Hey buddy, I see that your locker is in Icemule. But it doesn't hold anything and has nothing in it. I'm not gonna move that for you, have a nice day."

Also, for what it's worth, I think they should give you one storage spot. Why not tempt you with a locker that works instead of one that doesn't?

You seem to know little about Platinum. Saying "blatant OOC speech" meaning that you don't need to be logged in very long to hear someone use "text speak" is hardly inaccurate.

I for one can go maybe a fortnight at worst and several months at best without seeing acronyms and other OOCisms in Prime. Take that as you'd like to, but I'd say it's not a glaring Action Item in Solomon's inbox sort of deal.

I'm going to willingly accept the axe to my face/neck/chest/head here, but Plat is a waste of resources. Yes, I have played Plat. The fact of that much GM attention compared to the price of Premium is firstly insane. Also, I will bounce your reference back at you: if you like Platinum, maybe you will enjoy Solhaven, River's Rest (my mojo), or Teras.
She isn't bashing an instance, at least not in a way that could be considered in any objective analysis "unfairly".
I think it's sad we have multiple instances of this game. Regardless of all the other banter, I personally find it very sad. Refute that if you want but I can't see how. If Plat has better RP, I am sad those players are divorced from Prime. For dev it's really janky because things like the ESP situation or discussion of inter-realm Planar Shift (740) fails to unify us.
