Replyhey this is the second time in a row that I have had issues getting the same item back once I turn it in to get it lightened. what seems to be the issue I try to to cause all sorts of problems but Its becoming to a point where its stressful to use my premium points because I have to wait to get help to get my lightened item back. I need a nudge again please

If it's the same item that's getting stuck, it likely has something about it that minutely changes between when you picked up a scroll for it and when you did WRITE ACCEPT. Some items just tend to get stuck - some mechanics make the item change minutely, like bonded weapons, enhancive items, spell items, etc. that can make them sticky. You are taking the right route in asking on the boards if your item isn't delivered within 20 minutes or so. You can also ASSIST to get it looked at. I'm sorry it's causing you stress, but know that your item isn't lost, it's just stuck. Hopefully it won't keep happening, but if it does, I'm sorry!
