Premium Start only shows how many points you have, how many used, etc. They don't tell you exactly what you had done. You'd probably have to speak with a GM to find out specifics beyond just point usage.
The points don't get deducted with what you bought in mind. We don't -400 points for alteration. We -400 points. A GM can attempt to sift through logs to see what you spent point on, but it's not a guarantee to find anything.
