I've found all the rooms tied to Liabo in the monastery. Some negate casting armor hindrance but none seem to be nodes. Is this by design?

Thanks for the quick answer.

I'd like to suggest making all the rooms tied to Arkati nodes in order to promote roleplay and use of the new areas.

At the very least one noded spot in both areas.
