Can someone remind me which shops/services at EG are Premium only?

I have the spectral horse drawn carriage messaging from a few years back that is available at EG only. It works all the time.

So EG has some messages you will only find at EG but work all the time.

I tried to get one of these, but maybe I don't understand it well enough. I could not buy one, despite being premium. Is this because I don't own a home yet? I'm only 40 days in so far, although the account was established sometime in the 90's. We only just reactivated it.

If that's not the case, why can't I get one?

..Hmm, I don't know why you can't get one. They have nothing to do with Homes but it may be because your account is fairly new. I know Mist Harbor has restrictions on who can get there, and since the jewelry is the means in which to get there, it might be blocking you from getting one.

Mist Harbor where the lighthouse is, correct? I've been there already, so that shouldn't be it. Is it perhaps because I already have a teleporter that I picked up in Hearthstone? I picked up that before I knew what it actually did.

I figured it out. I am used to using the dropdown menu that Stormfront provides. Unlike most of the other items in EG, there is no BUY function for the transporters. When I was trying to type buy, I was using 'buy willow totem' instead of just buy totem. Once I did that, it worked.
