I have been premium in the past with most of the character slots used up. When I re-subscribed recently with a regular subscription it asked me to pick one character to activate.

Now I've decided to upgrade to a premium subscription and all my characters are gone. It says I have 15 slots available. How do I get them back?

Contact billing and they should be able to add your characters.

I tried that but the wait time is currently 7 days for a response. I was hoping there was some option I was missing somewhere. Thanks for the help though.

I e-mailed them about this exact issue a month or so ago. It only took a day (and a snarky response from Chris) to get it done.
