It is a pay-silver-to-use service that starts at 50k for the initial use and goes up an additional 50k each time thereafter. I don't recall what the charge cap is since I never use it more than once or twice per month myself.

Nice idea, if restricted to premium members only (since the effected sysem is premium and there already is a chrono orb option for others in store which is now 20 minutes), but I would wait until Phase 2 of the transporting system since it is unlikely that same ascending pricing structure will remain. I'm not sure even 50K will be be the opening amount.
