I made a change to the food system so that if there is a racial taste message for a race that has a culture that you have chosen, you have access to that racial taste messaging. So Half-Sylvans will get the Sylvankind taste messaging and so on. Half-elves with no culture will get racial messaging for both human and elven racial food.
